Selling your home can be a major life event, where emotions and business decisions are often at cross purposes. For this reason, sellers need a true professional who will expertly navigate them through the process with insight about the market, listening skills and the willingness and ability to meet their specific needs.  I am that person.

I am an expert at pricing and preparing homes correctly, marketing successfully, negotiating with the best interests of my clients in mind and bringing sales to a successful completion.

I joined Evers & Co. Real Estate because it is one of the finest real estate firms in the Metropolitan area. Founded in 1985, its commitment to excellence is exemplified by personal attention to its clientele, a generous advertising budget for marketing properties and its track record of continually out-performing the market. The company's reputation speaks for itself - over 80% of Evers & Co.'s business comes from referrals.

I was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida then left for college, getting a B.A. from Duke University and a MSW from Boston University. My rich and varied education and many interests led me to a job in Washington, DC as a Congressional press secretary and a public relations consultant. I lived on Capitol Hill from 1985 until 1989 and then moved with my family to the Wood Acres neighborhood of Bethesda. For several years, I had my own business in artistic finishes and faux painting.

I have always been fascinated by art and architecture, paying attention to detail, both exterior and interior. With a keen sense of value and ability to track recent trends in the real estate market, I am a valuable asset for my clients, whether buyers or sellers. This, along with my ability to identify and find the kind of home that will meet my clients’ needs, as well as personally following through on all the details of a sales transaction has made me an outstanding real estate sales agent.

A Realtor since 1999, I am licensed in DC, Maryland, and Virginia and have sold properties from Potomac, MD down to Capitol Hill in DC and as far south as Falls Church, VA.  I am EcoBroker Certified, a designation earned by learning about environmental issues and their opportunities in residential housing.  I am a Board member for Little Falls Village, an aging in place non-profit organization which serves residents of 20816. I also serve on the Wood Acres Citizens Association Architectural Covenants Committee.
